Their job includes researching and analyzing fashion trends, creating sketches and designs, selecting fabrics and trims, creating tech packs and other design specifications, and communicating with the factory to ensure that the final product meets the client's expectations

Product development team is responsible for managing the entire product development process, from ideation to production. Their job includes creating and implementing product development strategies, managing timelines and budgets, sourcing raw materials and trims, developing and testing prototypes, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. The team works closely with the design team, factories, and suppliers to ensure that products are produced efficiently, cost-effectively, and meet the client's expectations.

Customer selects a style based on factors such as price, quality & production capacity of Cloth Carnival. Customer sends a request for quote (RFQ) to the Cloth Carnival, which includes details such as the garment type, quantity, specifications, and delivery date. Cloth Carnival reviews the RFQ and provides a quote, which includes the cost per unit, lead time, and any other relevant details.
